My Opinion

Apprehensions about negative and positive attitudes in relation to the affairs of people and even states are common in most oppressed societies.In many African territories, these apprehensions give rise to particular kinds of effects due to the way we perceive the imperium nature of the colonialists towards us.

Political theorists often interpret opacity claims and conspiracy theories as responses to social disorder. In most African countries, disorder and instability have been transformed to a stationed ‘norm’ that may take a long time to eradicate. Hence can be eradicated. Therefore there is a need for a different kind of analysis concerning African situation at this present time of ours.

For instance , despite the large amount of crude oil we have in Nigeria, over half of the population of Nigerian are multifacetedly poor, using wood , charcoal or dung in cooking rather than cleaner energy. High destitution is also apparent. Poor sanitation facilities, healthcare, food insecurity, education, housing and many more. Why ?

The way we choose to look at life. the way we choose to see and respond to events, people, ourselves and situations has to change from the negative angle to the positive one , we are not slaves ,we are free people. We choose our attitude by our thoughts, it’s time for us to think right. We should always make our decisions from the positive angle of our mindset.

We have to be proactive towards positive attitude and disciplined. We must deliberate about the way we see and think about situations, events, people, and ourselves .The way we think drives the way we feel; therefore, consciously managing the way we perceive and process events is essential to a positive changes.
